Peer Support

Our Peer Support program allows concussion and brain injury survivors to work through their challenges in a safe and supportive environment with mentors who understand what they’re going through.

Family Support

Navigating the complexities of supporting a loved one with a brain injury is a difficult process to endure alone. We offer our Stronger Together program, personalized one-on-one support, and more.

LIFT for Youth

LIFT for Youth is a group is to provide a safe, inclusive, and comfortable space for people ages 16-25 living with a brain injury to communicate, collaborate, and build connections with other BI Survivors.

Neurotracker

In collaboration with Dr. Brian Christie and PhD Candidate Taylor Snowden at the University of Victoria, we have conducted research into the efficacy of NeuroTracker training on traumatic brain injury survivors. 

Creative Arts & Movement

We host an art program, which offers clients expand their creativity and explore the world of visual arts. We also offer a music program, which helps clients express themselves creatively.

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)

 EAL is a life-skills program that encourages individual and team growth. Each week, participants work in teams and engage in objectively driven ground exercises with a horse.
