Brain injuries are like fingerprints – each one is entirely unique. At the Victoria Brain Injury Society, our Case Managers understand what you’re going through and can work with you to navigate your new reality in a way that suits your personal needs and goals.
We’re here to help you recover, adapt, and adjust; regain independence; and provide a secure sense of community. We offer individual support services, free of charge, to anyone living with the effects of a concussion or an acquired brain injury, as well as their family, friends & caregivers.

Step 1
Fill out our New Client Application to begin the onboarding process. If you’d rather do this in-person, call or send us an email to arrange an appointment at our downtown office.
Step 2
Once your applicaiton has been received, our Intake Coordinator will contact you to set up an introductory meeting. During this meeting, we will assess your needs and discuss options with you.
