Mindfulness Practice & Yoga

MINDFULNESS

Join a group of brain injury survivors to learn and practice meditation, and partake in discussions about mindfulness.

A new session of Mindfulness will begin on April 14th from 1:30-3:00pm!

It is formatted as an 8-week program that builds on different mindfulness techniques each week.

YOGA

Yoga is a great way to relieve stress, build strength, and increase flexibility. This program is sure to be enjoyed by participants of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.

This group meets on Thursdays from 3:15-4:00pm. Yoga mats are provided.
